Expert Business Solutions supports diversity, equity, and inclusion mainly through its efforts to promote racial equity. EBS uses its coaching services and platform to promote the message that racism, like trauma, causes injury and damage. This damage can affect the condition of one’s mental health.  When leaders devalue their worth, their energy diminishes, and they are not able to perform at their best. Also, fear can become a constant companion and cause leaders to anticipate negative outcomes from potential interactions. It can get even worse if they believe that they can’t handle the imagined suffering they feel may occur.

EBS offers coaching and workshops that target Black professional women and underestimated leaders and helps them navigate through racism and challenges and learn how to respond from a place of power instead of injury.

EBS has a platform called Real Talk for Black professional women. This platform creates safe, healing spaces for Black women to affirm, support, and receive resources that elevate one another.  The Real Talk for Black professional women platform helps Black women recover the truth of who they are, establish new narratives, and reclaim their voices and power. Trauma does not have to dictate anyone’s trajectory. Black women no longer have to play small but can celebrate their unique gifts.
