EBS is led by an African American woman, Julie Sanchez, who passionately believes in leaning in and working to become the solution to whatever challenges we face in the world today.
Sanchez understands the struggles we face as a society are complicated and multi-faceted. She knows that Black professional women and underestimated leaders have real barriers to achieving the American dream. Although difficult, Sanchez believes the American dream can be realized when people work together.
Expert Business Solutions {“EBS”) was created to provide executive coaching and professional development training services that help organizations develop powerful leaders of diverse populations who can successfully navigate complex challenges. And they can do so without losing themselves in the process.
EBS also helps organizations create strategies that bring polarized groups together and partners with leaders to create energized plans.
