The ELI assessment shows leaders exactly how their perceptions and beliefs are creating the results showing up in your life. It also reveals leaders’ default tendencies and helps them focus on that which is holding them back the most. Combined with coaching, leaders learn how to respond to their environment and get the results they desire.

The ELI assessment can be done individually or as a group. The individual results are confidential. Each ELI assessment is accompanied by a debrief session designed to explain the results and how they correspond with the seven levels of energy leadership.
